Small Groups, High-Impact Learning, 90-minute sessions, Weekend Maths & Economics Coaching Classes on Saturday, running parallel to the school term (39 weeks)
Give your child the confidence, clarity, and exam skills they need to excel. Our weekend coaching sessions are designed to strengthen subject knowledge, build exam technique, and provide structured, high-quality support for GCSE and A Level students. |We have our own study material and resources. Our coaching groups are intentionally kept very small — a maximum of 6 students — to ensure every learner receives focused attention, personalised support, and meaningful feedback.

Individual one-to-one tutorials
We offer one‑to‑one tutorial sessions for the following subjects:
-
GCSE Maths: £45 per hour
-
A Level Maths: £50 per hour
-
A Level Economics: £50 per hour
We recommend 1‑hour sessions for GCSE students and 1.5‑hour sessions for A Level students, as this allows sufficient time to cover the depth and breadth of the syllabus effectively.
How do our independent tutorial sessions work?
During the first session, we carry out an initial assessment to understand the learner’s current level, strengths, and areas for development. To support this, we ask for:
-
Previous mock exam results
-
Target and predicted grades
-
Samples of independent work
-
The exam board (as paper structure and question style vary across boards)
This information helps us tailor each tutorial to the student’s specific needs.
Structure of a typical tutorial session
-
First 20–30 minutes: Review and mark homework, with clear feedback and guidance for improvement
-
Next 45–60 minutes: Teach the agreed topic or subject content in depth
-
Final 10–15 minutes: Explain the homework so the student understands what to do and how to approach it
We aim to build confidence and strong exam skills. We do not set homework to “catch students out”; we set it to reinforce learning, so the student must understand the task before they leave the session.
You are welcome to choose 1‑hour sessions, but please note that shorter sessions can feel rushed, especially at A Level, where the content is more extensive.
